Read
We read the whole source and break it into moments — the scenes that move the story. Each moment is tied back to the exact part of the text it comes from.
Plan
For each moment we decide who and what must be on screen, how long it should run, and how it divides into takes. Runtime is a guide; the scene's needs decide.
Shoot
Takes are rendered one at a time, reviewed, and approved or redone. Nothing is spent on a shot until its direction is complete.
Cut
Approved takes are trimmed and joined in story order into a finished scene, then published on Boovie — and, often, on YouTube.
