The prisoner of Zenda summary

The story in one page

Rudolf Rassendyll, a bored British gentleman, arrives in the kingdom of Ruritania to witness a coronation. He discovers that he is the spitting image of the future monarch. When the real King is drugged and kidnapped by his power-hungry brother, Duke Michael, the King's loyal officers convince Rudolf to impersonate the royal heir. Rudolf finds himself navigating palace politics, dodging assassins, and falling in love with Princess Flavia. He eventually launches a daring rescue mission at the Castle of Zenda to liberate the true King.
