Listed facts count in full; Boovie's judgement from the type of place is shown dotted and never raises the score. Missing information is never treated as a weakness: a number appears only when at least four of those needs are documented, a word when three are, and otherwise the place is marked as not yet having enough listed facts. Confidence says how much is documented. It is not a reader rating, and no place pays to be listed or ranked.
